I don’t really care about being *thin* as much as I want to just be overall more healthy. I think this means eating more healthily, doing some daily exercise, and not doing things to harm my body. I figure I’ve been destroying my body for the past 12-18 years, so I might as well start to rebuild it. After all, 30 is when things start to go downhill, right?
