Nah, I’m kidding but not really. Thanks for the question, anyway, Anon.
Since I work in social media, it is important for me to be aware of various platforms, and Tumblr is just a preferred one for me because I like the interface and built-in community. It has all my favorite functionalities of Twitter and Blogger, and is honestly a little more fun than either.
As far as the Tumblr “scene” is concerned, you should notice that I have had this blog since 2008, way back before it was cool. Not to sound like a hipster asshole, but I thought Tumblr was elite and special long before other hipster assholes got hold of it.
I have so many blogs because I often have more ideas than I know what to do with, so I just make a blog for it until I figure it out. And then I usually figure out that it is dumb and I give up or forget about it.
So, hope that answers your questions, Anon. I have a feeling I know who you are based on your assumptions of me, but I could be wrong. Who are you?!?!
